Big Memories for Little Birthdays

If you are looking for an intimate setting for your next toddler party, look no further than

Two Sisters Play Cafe. The designated playroom includes a climbing structure with a slide and a

ball pit, along with a bunch of other toys to keep the youngsters occupied.

The basic party package

Our basic party package is $200 and includes:

• Two hour party time, with 15 minutes before and after for setup and cleanup
• Up to as many as 48 people in attendance
• One onsite facilitator to assist with party logistics and serve guests as needed

Host brings all party favours, decorations, food, cups, plates, utensils, serving implements and

non-alcoholic beverages. If food is brought in, we can keep the oven warm as requested.

Espresso and other non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, ciders and mimosas) can be

purchased during the party, whether as host or no host. Alcoholic beverages are only available for

purchase upon host family approval.

The host is required to sign a form indicating an understanding of the rules and policies of the

cafe once the deposit has been paid.

Add-on: table setting and decoration

For a party of up to 8 kids, for an additional $30 we will set up one table with up to 8 settings

for cake, which includes:

• One solid coloured tablecloth with matching plates, forks and cups for each child, in colours to

match the party theme, plus extra white plates and forks for parents and other guests

• Streamers in select colours decorating the cafe
• 10 helium balloons in select colours decorating the cafe

If additional children are expected, please add $1.00 for each additional place setting, up to 16

children. If more than 16 children are invited (no more than 20 kids please), include $2.00 for

each additional place setting.

Other add-ons

• Additional party time at $15.00 for each additional 15 minutes
• Water pitcher refilled throughout the party, and cups
• Use of our plates, silverware and serving implements
• Cupcakes or a 9×12 inch cake with basic decorations in colours to match your theme

If you are looking for a cake to wow the kids, we work with a local cake decorator to create fun,

professionally decorated cakes to match your theme. Please inquire if interested.

Themed parties and entertainment

Themed parties such as cupcake decorating parties, or paint parties with blank or pre-drawn

canvases set up for the party attendees, are available options.

Families have also booked entertainers for their parties, including Mr. Hoo, Olive & Dingo, and

Mad Science of Portland.

We are happy to keep the grill open for party attendees to purchase items off our menu, if

requested when working out party details.
