Where we started

Gluten free is not an afterthought here

Gluten free cooking is where this cafe started. Anne’s gluten allergy sent the two sisters into their own kitchen to rebuild the recipes they loved, and gluten free options have been on the menu ever since.

That history is the reason gluten free appears as its own part of the menu rather than a single substitution at the end of it. Ask when you order and the kitchen will tell you what is available today.

Espresso Fino

An award winning blend of Arabica coffee, specially prepared for Two Sisters. Freshly picked beans are shipped directly to the Pacific Northwest for roasting, where five beans are roasted separately to capture each bean’s unique full flavour.

Espresso Fino beans are also sold in 12oz packages at the cafe.

Tao Tea

Pure leaf tea from a Portland tea company established in 1997. All of their teas are in their original form, as they were intended, with no artificial flavours, additives or preservatives.
